  • What are the shipping and delivery times?
    Many of our products ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery times to the contiguous US usually take 2-6 business days, depending on product availability and prior orders.
  • How can I track my package?
    Once your package has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number.
  • What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

  • What do I do if my product arrived damaged?
    If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture of the damaged item as well as the box / packing material and email to us at & right away. We will review the photos and contact you with next steps. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Can I return my product for a refund?
