Returns & Refund Policy To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges may be granted in certain cases but are not guaranteed and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any returns received without prior approval will be rejected and returned to sender at senders expense.
